Itinerary
Day
01 A Day
Our day tour starts in a car driving early morning from Kathmandu (1400m) to Nagarkot (2175m). It will be one hour drive to cover the distance of 32 km. Peoples believes it to be one of the best places to watch the rising sun parallel to the ever-soaring Himalayas. We will be witnessing the giant Himalayas showering in the early sunlight. After having the authentic breakfast in the hills of Nagarkot, we now set foot on hiking trails and descend from Nagarkot on the way to Changu Narayan. Our hiking gets exciting as we cross beautiful cultural villages protected in their primitive styles. After walking for 3-4 hours, we reach the historically most important temple of Changu Narayan. This temple is also equally important from both religious and archaeological points of view. Some ancient idols and statues are 1000 years old. Our day hike concludes once we drive back to Kathmandu in a private car from there.
